Introduction

If you want unforgettable holidays, where you can find silence and regeneration, then we want to invite you, to spend your holiday in our house . Whether it may be for a vigourous summer, a delightful winter or an enjoyable autumn - our apartment is an ideal location for your holidays in Neustift. Our house is located in the central hamlet of Lehner in Neustift in Stubai-valley.

A few steps from our house there´s an indoor swimming pool. Neustift´s village centre with its restaurants, bars, pubs, discotheques, stores are in a walking distance of a few minutes.

You can find a skibus-stop at immediate proximity, offering fast connection to the skiing areas. The enchanting winter-landscape of our area gives allows you skiing, tobogganing, night-tobogganing, cross-country skiing or just walking through the winter-environment along winter-paths. The cross-country skiing slope is also nearby. The lighted toboggan-run at Elferlift is at a 10 minutes walk from our house with a length of 8 km.

In summer you could make a wonderful walking tour to the Stubaier alps, which could be reached about two hours.

Tyrolean-style evenings, folk-theatre or open-air concerts of the brass-band of Neustift care for good mood.

Equipment of the apartment (for 2 – 6 persons):

The apartment is on the ground floor, 60 m2 and has a separate entrance. At the south side there´s a terrace and an adjacent large garden (garden-furniture, sunshade and deck-chairs available). The apartment has: a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower/WC and a separate room for baggage.

The kitchen provides:

Ceran cooking plates, baking oven, fume cupboard, micro-wave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, egg boiler and dishes, couch for siting, Sat – TV;

Bed-linens, towels, bath towels and tea-towels are included.

Hairdryer and safe available.

The entrance of the Neustift indoor swimming pool is free during your stay by us.

The local bakery offers a daily delivery service, if desired.

We would be happy to welcome you as our guests.

Directions from Innsbruck airport to Neustift im Stubaital

You arrive at Innsbruck airport, from there you have to take the "F" bus every 15 minutes to Innsbruck central station; from Innsbruck central station, you have to take the bus line 590a or 590b; this bus line runs every 30 minutes to Neustift im Stubaital.
In Neustift you leave the bus at the station "Neustift Ortsmitte"; then go straight for 100m and turn left down the street - towards the roundabout, then go over the big bridge. After the bridge turn left to "Lehner". Then it´s the 3rd house - "Haus Daniel"
